    Downtown South Bend Survey

    The Downtown South Bend 2045 Plan is a community-led planning process to shape the future of downtown. This survey has 20 questions, followed by an opportunity to provide written comments about topics not addressed in the survey.  All survey responses are anonymous and will directly inform the next steps in creating the Downtown South Bend 2045 Plan. This survey may take 5-10 minutes to complete and will be available to the public until Monday, May 1, 2024 at 5 pm. Please contact planning@southbendin.gov with any questions or concerns.
